&lt;li&gt;Effective monitoring and troubleshooting of ground handling services for all KMMA flights, acting as a liaison with the handling agents at MIA and being a contact person for the Ground handler to give direction in handling all matters arising related to passengers and all other ground handling functions, including but not limited to all passenger handling ad hoc matters, Departure Control System matters, weight and balance matters and cargo matters.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To physically inspect, monitor and assess the full ground handling operation, both land and air side and ensure that the operation in all its respects is running smoothly and within the parameters of established ground times and/or arrival/departing schedules. Taking all necessary corrective and preventive action through the various assigned positions to ensure the avoidance of any disruptions, and in the unlikely event of such a disruption, to ensure this is reduced to the minimum possible.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To be able to provide direction and guidance in coordinating with all necessary resources, both in terms of human resources and equipment logistics, in providing a safe, punctual and reliable ground handling service, taking into consideration any prevailing operational constraints and/or challenges.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To coordinate with all entities/parties concerned, plans for delayed and/or disrupted flights to ensure the minimum inconvenience to passengers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To report all incidents, delays and complaints pertaining to the section/department and to recommend remedies. To be proactive by mitigating such effects in a timely manner to eliminate or reduce any possible negative consequences.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To maintain effective communication and close coordination with key internal stakeholders, including the Operations Control Centre and the Commercial and Sales Office, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of ground operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To compile a detailed and accurate end-of-duty report giving an account of the tour of operational duty. Attested to such report should be included all separate communications and reporting as may be appropriate.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Experience in aviation, travel, transportation, or another regulated industry (banking, insurance, gaming), will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Practical experience producing and maintaining architectural artefacts across the business, application, data and integration, technology, and security architecture domains (current-state, target-state, transition architectures, and reference architectures).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience leading Architecture Review Boards or equivalent design-authority forums and integrating architectural governance with IT Service Management and operational management practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (essential).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional certification in TOGAF, ArchiMate, or an equivalent enterprise architecture framework will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Technical familiarity with integration patterns and middleware (REST APIs, event-driven architectures, message brokers, iPaaS platforms), identity and access management, hybrid multi-cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), cloud management, containerisation, and modern application architectures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of: Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), application portfolio management, integration and API strategy, technology lifecycle management, cloud architecture, architecture governance, and the alignment of IT to business strategy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and balance near-term opportunities with longer-term strategic priorities, and to assess options on architectural, operational, and IT Total Cost of Ownership grounds.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures, together with familiarity with key ITIL processes such as Asset and Configuration Management, Change and Incident Management related to service availability, resilience, and architectural integrity across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Valid EASA Part-FCL License.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Class 1 medical certificate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Current A320 type-rating.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A minimum of Level 4 English language proficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum total flying hours of 1500.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 flying hours on A320.&lt;/li&gt;
